| Company Introduction | To fortify national defense capabilities and achieve self-reliant defense, the Agency for Defense Development (ADD) was established onthe 6th day of August, 1970. During the 1980s to 1990s, the ADD initiated the localization of basic weapon systems and developed indigenous weapon systems such as the K9 Self-proprlled Howizer and Hyunmoo, laying the foundation for self-reliant national defense. Currently, via the development of paradigm-shifting game-changers such as the Solid-prorellant Space Launch vehicle and the Submarine-launched Ballistic Missile(SLBM), the ADD is spearheading the forefront of cutting-edge defense science and technology(S&T) |
