Participation Process

  1. 01 Submit the application form ~ February 28, 2025
  2. 02 Pay the deposit
    (50%)     Within 2 weeks of the signed contract
  3. 03 Pay the balance of booth rental fee February 28, 2025
  4. 04 Online registration service & facilities order Exhibitor Area (Exhibitor’s Log-in)
  5. 05 Booth construction May 26-27, 2025
  6. 06 Exhibition opening day May 28, 2025

Payment 50% deposit due within 2 weeks of the signed contract and
remaining balance is due by February 28, 2025.

Raw Space Only US$ 500 / m²
  • Providing Only Space
  • Minimum 18㎡ (2 booths)
Shell Scheme Package US$ 590 / m²
  • Includes : Back & Side Walls, Needle Punch Carpet, Spotlight(2), 220V/1P Electrical Outlet (under 1kW), Information Desk (1), Folding Chair (1), Waste Basket (1)
  • Minimum 9㎡ (1 booths)

Discount Information

Early Bird Discount Consecutive Appearance Discount
The Organizer provides Early Bird Discount
(US$ 50/㎡) for a company who applies to
participate by May 31, 2024. 		The Organizer provides the Consecutive Appearance
Discount (US$ 25/㎡) for company who
have participate for the last 2 consecutive years ('23 & '25)
※ Exhibitors are allowed to get both Early Bird Discount and Consecutive Appearance Discount. (Duplicative)
※ All discounts are figured only for the space, not applicable for the construction charge.
