To ensure the safety of all visitors and exhibitors, security screening checkpoints will be in operation at all entrances.
The following items are strictly prohibited inside the exhibition hall.
Possession of prohibited items may result in denied entry, and if discovered inside the venue, may lead to immediate removal from the premises.
We appreciate your cooperation in creating a safe and pleasant exhibition experience for all.
List of Prohibited Items
- Dangerous items and weapons: Firecrackers, ignition devices, firearms (real or replica), hand tools and power tools (e.g., hammers, screwdrivers), knives, axes, etc.
- Hazardous substances: Corrosive chemicals, flammable liquids, spray cans, compressed/liquefied gases
- Items inciting political/social conflict: Any materials (signs, clothing, banners, etc.) containing political, social, religious, racial, commercial, or sexually explicit content
- Noise-generating devices: Megaphones, whistles, gongs, traditional instruments, or similar items
- Other restricted items:
- Drones or professional filming equipment not pre-approved by the organizer
- Camera lenses exceeding 300mm in focal length
- Pets (excluding certified service animals), electric scooters, bicycles
- Oversized bags or suitcases exceeding 50cm x 50cm x 50cm, or items difficult to scan
- Narcotics or psychotropic substances
Note:
- Exhibitor staff registered with the Organizing Office may enter through the designated exhibitor entrance, but must wear their official badges at all times.
- Visitors are encouraged to use BEXCO’s coin-operated lockers to store personal items that may be restricted.
